We reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings. Fees and Taxes: Price does not include sales, local, or business taxes, title and registration fees that a dealer or state/county may charge. There is a ONE time charge of $589.00 documentation fee. We provide a 60-day temporary drive out tag for in-state and out of state buyers. Deposit is non-refundable. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes, and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

CONTRACT TERMS

This contract will be governed by the law of the State of Tennessee. The parties hereto submit to jurisdiction in Sumner County, Tennessee. All actions brought pursuant to this contract shall be brought in Sumner County, Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel the sale at any time. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the existence and condition of any equipment listed.
